I'll definitely try your game out one of these days, but for now, I wanted to say that I definitely respect you for going down this route, in spite of how some of the most... 'cringiest' members of this community might react (and oh dear, there's already a few of them I see...). It's exciting to see another fellow author who's unwilling to compromise in order to make their creative vision a reality!

Yeah, even as someone who has no problem with adult content in games, I have no idea why people feel the need to state that they're not playing it because it's SFW. It states that explicitly... I can understand asking if it's not stated, but since it is stated, they don't need to say anything.
The text font and color are a bit jarring. How much trouble is it to add options to change that? I've seen it done but I have no idea how much work it is.
